Sightseeing around and about at Jaisalmer City in India.
Things to look at in the city include visiting Jaisalmer Fort, Palace Museum and several old Jain Temples. Jaisalmer Fort is occupied by around 2000 people so it's a living fort and therefore there is no entrance fee as it's always open. However within Jaisalmer Fort there is a small
entrance fee plus camera fee (i.e. about 70 rupees) for the seven Jain temples and to go into the Palace Museum the price is an awful 250 Rupees (for non-Indians).
The following is mostly one fairly large set of pictures from around the city which hopefully can show just what it is like to be in Jaisalmer for a few days - it is a very pleasant city.
